Service availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Current pricing is available on our website. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or annually. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as specifically stated in these terms.

We may change our fees at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use after fee changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Responsibilities and Limitations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTENT GENIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
